Line Cook/Prep Cook

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards for vegetarian cloud kitchen(Will be trained on the Job)
- Ensure all food preparation and storage areas are clean and organized
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with catering and special event meal preparation. Inventory Management
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times

Requirements:

 

Must have:

- Passionate about food, Cooking and learning. Need to show up to work with BIG SMILE every day.

 

Good to have:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and knife skills. (Good to have) 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
